Red Raider

bourbon, lemon, Cointreau, grenadine

Ingredients

1 3/4 oz Bourbon
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz Grenadine
Garnish: Orange peal

Instructions

Shake all ingredients over ice and pour into rocks glass with a large ice cube.

I made my own grenadine for this recipe which made it much more fun. I've heard of other recipes but this one was super easy at equal parts grenadine and sugar.
