To make the Nitro coffee, you have to have a nitrogen infuser, compressed nitrogen gas. It's but that difficult, but you need the right tool. I use the Nitro Press and small 2 gram cartridges. I usually add a little ice, about 10-12 oz of cold brew coffee, and about 2 oz of half and half cream into the infuser and then inject the gas. I usually pour it into a clear glass sometimes with a large piece of ice.
