Cucumber Dill Gin Fizz
gin, lime, simple, cucumber, dill, soda
Ingredients
2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Lime juice
3/4 oz Simple syrup
Fill with 3-4 oz Club soda
3-4 Cucumber Slices
Sprig of Dill Weed
Garnish: Cucumber slice and sprig of dill weed
Instructions
Muddle the cucumber slices on the bottom of a cocktail shaker first, then slightly muddle the sprig of dill. Add gin, lime juice, and simple syrup and shake until cold with ice. Double strain into glass with ice to filter out the green material. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and a sprig of dill weed.
For Christmas 2025 my family gave me a hydroponic garden to grow herbs. I would every once in a while purchase some basil or mint from the grocery store, but it never lasted that long in the fridge. I wanted a different solution. This little garden was perfect, it came with basil, parsley, and dill. The basil was exaxtly what Iwanted, but I grew the others just to do it not sure what I'd use them for. After the dill grew quite well, I looked for some drinks to make with it and found this one. Fun fun. Thanks wife and kids!
